Accommodation and Meals

Attendees will be housed in Indian Peaks, Silver Sage and Aspenbrook lodges at Snow Mountain Ranch (see https://snowmountainranch.org/lodging/ for more information).  The lodge rooms accommodate from 2 to 4 persons and include a private bath and free wireless internet.  The lodge rooms include towels and bedding but attendees need to provide their own toiletries.

Like most mountain communities, the lodges rooms do not have air conditioning units.  Daytime temperatures peak around 75 degrees in the summer months and quickly cool off in the evening–nighttime temperatures can dip into the 30’s and 40’s even in summer.

If an attendee has accompanying persons, please contact the organizing committee as soon as possible since the number of family-use rooms is very limited.

Meals are provided in the Schlessman Commons Dining Room and are served all-you-can-eat cafeteria-style. Attendees will receive a designated wristband that must be presented at each meal. If you have food allergies or special dietary concerns, please contact the Food Service Manager at Snow Mountain Ranch at 970-887-2152 x1701 for more information.
